Mix

Well, I must admit, I gave up. This weather made me totally lazy and yesterday and today I've been sitting at home, reading magazines, surfing the Internet and reading a book.
Recently I got used to check Stockholm Streetstyle site every day, it's full of inspiration for me, even more than Sartorialist or Facehunter, because they often photograph models off duty (such as Altamira) caught walking along the streets casually. I have noticed that lots of them wear simple, but sophisticated outfits and they combine things I would never set together. This was what inspired me to create this Friday outfit I am posting today - mixing things in different styles, not exactly fitting each other, but I think the result was not that bad. Khaki/green shirt from Atmosphere , H&M black dress, Mango sueded boots, River Island bag and H&M ring made a bit risky but fun outfit in the Earth colours. I also always tried to avoid combining brown and black colours (except the leo print) , because I thought they simply do not go together, however there they look nice I think.

What do you guys think about this? Do you like wearing things in different styles/prints and play with your outfits or prefer staying in 'safe' position?
Wish u all a lot of sun!

Indiana Jones

Hey everyone!
I hope this not-so-summery weather doesn't influence your mood and interrupt your holiday relax :) I am the type of person really affected by the atmosphere changes and luck of sun as well as lower pressure instantly make me feel worse. Anyway, I'm not going to allow this rain ruin my holidays that's why I've equipped myself with loads of new magazines and few books I'm gonna read (:
Today I am posting Saturday's outfit . The sun came out, it was chilly and nice , that;s why I decided to wear Aldo studded ballerina, Zara jeans and my new Vero Moda shirt . The ballerina and blouse are both khaki hence the name of this look - Indiana Jones, I don't know why I just felt a bit like a traveller and treasure hunter in this outfit. I combined this with my vintage H&M bag and coins necklace.
I hope it will get hot soon, because I bought a straw hat for summer few months ago! and it is STILL IN A SHOPPING BAG! .... I also want to wear my jumpsuit and dresses finally! For now, all we have to do is wear wellingtons, trench coat and umbrella... :)

Metalic

I have always thought that metalic or very embellished clothes are only going out pieces and you look strange wearing them casually. However with time, watching more and more sets on streetstyle websites and other fashion blogs, I have changed my mind. I realised that metallic, sequinned as well as really richy embellished pieces make the whole outfit look stunning very often.
I decided to wear my ONLY dress I bought few years ago and wore once for my birthday. I combined it with golden flat DeeZee sandals and black H&M vintage bag with golden details. I didn't add anything, I think that's enough.

Print mix

The reason why I haven't posted for a while again is simply... my laziness. When I don't have to go out much I just try to relax staying in and walking through meadows, thinking and reading magazines, surfing the net. I just don't feel like dress up much when I'm at home, wearing simple summer dresses and flat sandals, which I have to take a photo of as well, because I've got many pieces I haven't made the outfit with yet.
Today I am posting photos of my last shopping trip.
Wearing my DeeZee wedges, Zara blouse, blazer and jeans with Rive rIsland bag.
I know many people may not accept this print and colours combination, but I like to break the rules sometimes. Although I don't think I'll wear those wedges often, I think  they don't fit me much, what's your opinion?

I also cannot wait for the Fashion Poeple Poland book in Empik stores, because hadn't managed to buy it on Allegro before.
Have a nice Sunday,

black and whitei

I am really sorry for this recent lack of photos, however the dog days have come to Poland and it's been raining almost non stop until yesterday, that's why I even didn't feel like going out, was just sitting at home and relaxing, surfing the net, reading magazines , watching movies and walking around my suburb in rain breaks.
The white short-sleeve blouse I have in the photos below is one and red heels are the second of the things I bought in Zara on sale. Actually there were so many clothes, but no in XXS size or nothing I wanted really badly, that's why I bought only those things. Shoes were really cheap as for shoes - 199 reduced to 159 PLN and the blouse also 159 PLN and 199 before sale.
I combined them with Bershka pump-style trousers I bought few years ago and River Island bag.
Hope the sunny days will come and I will post new outfits - I've still got a huge summer hat I bought like 2 or 3 months ago and it's still in the shopping bag! I am so lazy !
